The spit cake is one of the best specialties of Aveyron! Maison Alibert makes you discover this authentic traditional pastry. Each cake is unique, with its own weight, its own shape and its own cooking because it is made by hand: the dough is poured by hand, layer by layer, on the rotating mold in front of the wood fire, for several hours. Très bon mais le goût de pistache du produit à goûter est beaucoup moins fort que le produit acheté

je ne peux pas dire que ce n'est pas bon mais quand même rien à voir celui des prédécesseurs en forme de cône, je prenais une tranche épaisse dans le gros à la découpe et quel moelleux c'était que je ne retrouve pas dans la forme actuelle

Trop trop bon....Dommage on a tout mangé et nous ne sommes plus à millau. Nous avons acheté celui au rhum pur plaisir.
