Rouges de Causse is a beautiful, flamboyantly-colored house in downtown Millau, and a lovely story of generations, know-how and passion. Hélène has reinvested the family farm above Aguessac and installed beehives. She shares her work in her Millau boutique, dedicated to honey-based products. Also on sale are Hélène's excellent jams and jellies, made from quince, apple, pear and gratte-culs. The first floor of the house houses a pretty two-bedroom apartment available for rent.
