Millau is well known for its sporting and leisure activities. For paragliding enthusiasts, Jeff Thurel offers introductory and advanced courses. The paragliding school offers courses supervised by passionate pilots, with a maximum of 5 to 6 people per group. Courses generally include 5 half-days of practice, in the morning to take advantage of calm conditions. Evening sessions are also possible, depending on weather conditions. Courses may be cancelled or postponed in the event of bad weather. The school uses the FFVL progression syllabus and issues a progress report at the end of the week. Prices vary according to the course chosen. In addition to the courses, the school also offers thermodynamic lift flights for autonomous pilots. For those wishing to improve their flying skills, SIV courses are also available. SIV courses take place in Roquebrune and require your own equipment.
