Zeste is a nice address in Millau, a place to go in the city, where you can enjoy exquisite delicacies at any time of the day or have a lunch. In this tea room-pastry shop-small restaurant, Arielle, who trained at the famous Lenôtre, prepares everything herself: from the toast, pasta or full plates offered at lunchtime to the pastries, which some people consider the best in Millau! The millefeuille or the caramel tart are well worth the service that some people find a little long.

One feels immediately at home in this small tea room. Evelyne Fournier treats us with her homemade cakes, accompanied by delicious teas, of which there is a vast choice. For lunch, she offers us a formula of savory treats, mostly organic or vegetarian in one plate, with among others a carrot and cumin cake, gluten-free forgotten vegetable pies or a cream of market vegetables, a broccoli chestnut clafoutis. But everything depends on the season and everything is so good that the salon is quickly full.

This small tearoom on a sloping street in the center of Millau is run with a smile and good humor. Fresh, seasonal produce and regional specialities form the basis of a menu that changes every week: fresh goat's cheese and pesto cheesecake with carrot and orange velouté, naan with curried zucchini cheese, lamb navarin, pea and feta tart, honey and apricot clafoutis... The menu also includes a range of delicious tarts. Desserts follow the same philosophy, with homemade goodness and lots of gourmet goodness.

Millau is off the beaten track with this friendly coffee shop. In an Anglo-Saxon atmosphere, one comes for a coffee, tea, snack or a good dinner. At 4pm, cookies, cupcakes, cheesecakes, apple pies and other English pastries. At noon, bagels, sandwiches and wraps. As for drinks, it's a festival of delicacies. All we can tell you is that Nelly doesn't complain about whipped cream! We recommend the lattella and roasted hazelnut syrup, ristretto, whipped cream, caramelized pecans with salted butter...

Prescilla went back to school and took her CAP pastry diploma as an independent candidate to open this cosy, elegant tearoom in Millau town center. The menu at Les Gourmandises de Jules, named after her son, includes homemade cakes, tarts and cookies, accompanied by a good cup of coffee, organic tea, lemonade or homemade fruit juice. At lunchtime, the menu is simple, but as tasty as it is affordable: salad, buddha bowl and main course (hake with mushroom and cream sauce...).
