Offering pizzas, the best in Millau, salads, charcuterie boards and 100% Aveyron lasagne.
Guilhem Bouard's pizzas are surely the best in Millau. But don't say that too loudly, as he can only seat around forty people, and it gets crowded in his den. Auguste also offers salads, charcuterie boards and lasagne. We also appreciated the 100% Aveyron approach with the delicatessen corner: goat's pavement from Fromabon, ewe's tomme from Ambias farm, eggplant caviar from Cales farm and wine from Mas Floème de Comprégnac all caught our eye!
