CHEZ SYLVIE
Sylvie is at her stall from the first light of day, and has been since 2003. Her poultry, labelled, is supplied by a Landes producer and transformed by her. She offers roasts stuffed with guinea fowl, chicken, duck and rabbit decorated with apricots or prunes, but also marinated chicken preparations. Her duck fillets à la Prima Verra are divine, a preparation of dried tomatoes, olive oil and champagne marc vinegar. Do you like offal? You can treat yourself to oxtail or even veal strawberries.
