We've fallen in love with this bakery, patisserie and chocolate shop in the heart of Agen, a stone's throw from the Marché Couvert and close to the museum and theater. Since opening in 2013, this artisanal establishment has won the hearts of sweet-lovers with its tasty creations. Master craftsman Jean-Pierre Semper offers a wide range of artisanal products, from pastries and breads to viennoiseries, chocolates and ice creams. Among his specialties, let yourself be tempted by the Black Pearl, a hazelnut and praline cake with grand cru Caribbean chocolate, the Hermitage, a delicious apricot financier, or the Géode, a tartelette with vanilla crème brûlée and a chocolate ball inside. Our ballotins of fine homemade chocolates and exquisite macaroons will not leave you indifferent either. La Fabrique du Pâtissier also offers sandwiches, salads, quiches and pizzas, perfect for a quick gourmet break. It's also a tea room, ideal for enjoying a Nespresso coffee or a Valrhona hot chocolate, whether at breakfast or during a break. An address to remember!
