Since summer 2023, Thomas Guillet's patisserie has been housed in a new boutique specializing in sweet and savory choux pastries. The delicate little chocolate bites are displayed alongside the choux in showcases that give the showroom a jewel-like feel. In fact, you'll be buying gourmet jewels here. The flavors of the creamy choux are renewed every month. Indulge yourself with homemade ice creams and entremets, brioches, chocolate balls, macaroons and homemade spreads!

Owner's Message
Le LABO is a pastry shop specializing in choux pastry, located 13 rue de Lille in Agen. The adventure began in December 2019. We offer our customers cabbage in all its forms and flavors. We take great care in selecting the ingredients we use to concoct our choux pastries, using only traditional methods and exceptional know-how.

Très envie d'y retourner. Je recommande.
La nouvelle boutique est au top.
De nouveaux produits sont apparus notamment les Chocolats ou les Chouchous aux Caramels (une tuerie, merci pour les kilos en plus).
Thomas a toujours le sourire pour vous accueillir.

En revanche de très bons chocolats à emporter ou commander et toujours ces inoubliables petits choux. Et la maman du pâtissier est tellement gentille et sympathique...
Nous y retournons très vite.
