Have you heard of Régalis, a melt-in-your-mouth blue cheese from the South-West? Why not try Coup de Corne, made from farmhouse raw cow's milk? Or Mont Vully, a cheese rubbed with Pinot Noir from Switzerland? You'll love Feuille, a pretty goat's milk cheese from the Lot region shaped like a maple leaf.
