What a wonderful wine house and family business is Domaine Matha! We tasted a very lovely rosé, and some different wines from different years. Jean Luc is a passionate craftsman, and his story is lively, knowledgeable and personal. Because our French is not good enough to understand all the details, a family friend helped us out with translation. Without doubt the biological wines are all good, independent of the year they come from! Thanks for wonderful morning, and we went home with a lot less space in our car ????

Un bonheur absolu quand on visite cette cave de rêve !
Le site, une musique ???? envoûtante, et un accueil chaleureux.
Des vins incroyables !
Difficile de faire son choix.

Onaangekondigd kwamen wij op bezoek en zijn zeer vriendelijk verwelkomd. Heerlijke wijnproeverij en prettige uitleg over het wijnhuis. De BIO wijnen zijn onderscheidend en het bezoeken waard.

Arrivés à 6, nous avons avons été captivés par l'histoire de Jean Luc Matha, vigneron de caractère et de connaissance qu'il retransmet dans ses flacons qui sont à son image, vivants, généreux et exceptionnels. Nous reviendrons pour un autre moment hors du temps dans cet environnement propice aux plaisirs vinicoles.

We would like to thank Jean-Luc and his wife for an unforgettable tasting experience.
Without an appointment, we were welcomed and spent over an hour (with the company of a really fun family that had arrived at the same time) tasting , white, rosé and red wines from a grape varietal that we had never previously encountered.
It ended with a tasting of their red and white ratafias, which were the best that we had tasted.
The red wines are mostly distinguished by the year of vindage and we were amazed at the variety of flavour and intensity that the different vintages produced.
A singularly exceptional experience and one that finished off our holiday perfectly.

Quel bon moment passés à déguster tout ces vins fait avec amour de la terre et du terroir. Madame Matha aime parler de ses vins et c'est un plaisir de rencontrer des gens engagés qui croient à ce qu'ils font. A chaque année son vin et son étiquette, ici pas d'uniformité on laisse la vie d'exprimer.

Fidèle depuis 30 ans !
je ne peux concevoir un repas sans les vins de Jean Luc Matha, découverts il y a 30 ans en même temps que l'Aveyron, ses vins et sa région ont été parmis les plus belles découvertes de ma vie.
