Christine and Guillaume Viala, from the Aveyron region, wanted to preserve a form of simplicity typical of family homes where people meet, chat and share smiles and memories, in their establishment in Bozouls. The nicely renovated rooms invite you to rest, while the chef's "haute couture" cuisine establishes the reputation of the place. The restaurant has been awarded a star in the 2019 Michelin Guide and is sure to be a hit with the locals.

Nous avons passé une très belle soirée à la Table du Belvédère, tout nous a été parfait et très agréable : du contenu de l'assiette du diner , aux recommandations de vin, au petit-déjeuner exquis, abondant et très varié et à l'accueil de toute l'équipe . Le hasard nous a fait venir à Bozouls mais nous y reviendrons et pas par hasard !! Mention spéciale pour les alternatives proposées à un régime alimentaire contraint ! Merci beaucoup ! Les Beaujolais qui seraient ravis de votre visite ;)

Une très belle expérience avec le menu expressions servi en neuf plats. Tout était excellent, du début jusque la fin. ( menu à 135 euro). Avant de réserver, nous étions indécis aux vues de certains avis clients . Nous ne regrettons pas d'être venus . Très belle expérience.
