Christine and Guillaume Viala, from the Aveyron region, wanted to preserve a form of simplicity typical of family homes where people meet, chat and share smiles and memories, in their establishment in Bozouls. The nicely renovated rooms invite you to rest, while the chef's "haute couture" cuisine establishes the reputation of the place. The restaurant has been awarded a star in the 2019 Michelin Guide and is sure to be a hit with the locals.

Très belle découverte culinaire. Le service est parfait ambiance cosy et calme parfait pour un dîner en couple ????. Nous reviendrons c'est sûre.

Le lieu est très sympathique et le personnel competent et aux petits soins (et d'autant plus pour les enfants). La sommelière a été de très bon conseil(pour des prix très abordables) et les plats délicieux du début à la fin. Le plateau de fromage est très bien affiné.
