Refined inn with terrace and menus changing every season

Here's a refined and original address, where you'll be welcomed in a beautiful building typical of old Aubin. The small dining room is warm and intimate, and as soon as the weather warms up, you'll be delighted by the terrace. On the plate, creativity is the order of the day, with creamy oyster mushrooms with old-fashioned mustard, saffron-braised lamb sweetbreads or halibut parmentier with anchovy butter. For dessert, an iced soufflé with chestnut cream and peanut nougatine.... The menus change every season. Guaranteed never to tire.

As they say in the guide books..... well worth the detour. I've been visiting for over a decade. The cuisine is of a very high standard, fresh and creative. The service is warm and friendly, not pretentious or pushy. The room, an ancient semi cellar is interesting.
There are a few steps, so you'd need to enquire about access.
