LAC DE SOUSTONS

Nestling in the heart of the town of Soustons, the lake stretches as far south as the village of Azur. At the Parc de la Pointe des Vergnes, you can enjoy the natural surroundings and observe grey herons, squirrels and wagtails. Stroll along the water's edge, enjoy a bike ride or a spot of fishing, or try your hand at sailing, stand-up paddling or canoeing (hire from the Centre Sportif de L'Isle Verte) in absolute peace and quiet. You'll also find a picnic area, as well as restaurants overlooking the water.
