It all starts with a love story, Charlotte, Loïc and beer! Our two lovebirds love travel, local produce and gastronomy. After a trip around the world and many discoveries, here they are in Ariège. Their concept is both ingenious and beneficial for the environment. The beers are brewed every week and sold on site. No bottles. You come and go with the growler, which is returned and provided by the house. Charlotte's cooking is healthy and based on organic or natural products. Lunch menu, tapas to taste in the evening.

Dommage que le serveur ne soit pas aussi sympathique que le lieu . Tout juste un bonjour pas de sourire,et a refusé de servir une bière a mon amis a 30 minute de la fin du service. C'est un lieu de détente donc être accueilli avec le sourire et la moindre des choses!

En voisin, nous sommes client depuis l'ouverture! Un bar comme on rêvait d'avoir prêt de chez nous: produits locaux, cuisine et bière maison. Le tout dans un cadre agréable, bonne musique et proprios super sympa. Longue vie au GTB????!
