Aurélien, Nathanaël and Valentin, three brothers, run this real cabaret in Pamiers. As in the most famous Parisian addresses, one dines while enjoying a grandiose show. The layout of the stage allows a 360 degree view. The cabaret offers an annual revue, presented by seven talented artists. You would think you were on a Broadway stage. The costumes are amazing: feathers and sequins, circus, themes (from cartoons to the most famous musicals)... The food is as good as the show, a treat.

It all starts with a love story, Charlotte, Loïc and beer! Our two lovebirds love travel, local produce and gastronomy. After a trip around the world and many discoveries, here they are in Ariège. Their concept is both ingenious and beneficial for the environment. The beers are brewed every week and sold on site. No bottles. You come and go with the growler, which is returned and provided by the house. Charlotte's cooking is healthy and based on organic or natural products. Lunch menu, tapas to taste in the evening.

Restaurant but also (and above all) beer bar in Pamiers, in the former intermarché at La Cavalerie. Opened in early February by Jérôme Chrestia and Gregory Lacoste. Large boi room, barrel tables, large tables for friends. At lunchtime, the restaurant offers a simple, tasty menu (tartare, burger, magret....), and in the evening, a fine tapas menu that goes well with the wide choice of Belgian and German beers. Theme evenings, parties, sports broadcasts. A great new place for a fun evening out.
