Restaurant offering a cuisine with local products in Seignosse.

The Lesbats family moved to the banks of Lac Blanc in 1926 to open this restaurant, which has not changed much in terms of layout, décor and view. On the plates, grandson Christophe and his partner Pascale pay tribute to local produce: crispy leg of duck confit, salmis-style dove fillets, Rossini-style duck tournedos, pike-perch escalope, French toast-style Landes pastis, apple and Armagnac tourtière... The menu offers a fine overview of Landes gastronomy!

Très bonne expérience. Vous y mangerez bien et à prix raisonnable pour de la bonne cuisine. Cadre bucolique. Dernière nouveauté, ils proposent des petits déjeuners entre 10 et 12€.
Je recommande si vous êtes dans le coin de Seignosse.

Nice location at the lake. Small menu focus on duck ????. Dishes are ok. Nothing stellar from a cooking perspective. All ok. Wine list is moderate. Lacks good wine glasses. Would have been all ok if the waitress did not have a terrible unfriendly attitude. We brought a bottle of wine. Bought a bottle of 90 euros. Nontheless if thé service improved and cooking went up a notch why not. Just a barely ok. Too many good options around.
