Next to the lake and the casino, this 1752 farmhouse offers quality local cuisine. Flammeküches, trout, salads, dishes in sauce, and brasserie dishes (ajolais burger with gandoyau, welsch à la géromoise). In winter, Vosges fondue, gérômiflette (a kind of tartiflette, but more local of course!) and nice warm waffles as desserts. The atypical decor comes from the presence of the brewing tanks. Every afternoon, you can enjoy waffles and games.
