Jean-Marie and Maité Lalanne are located in the Polyculture farmhouse in the small thermal village of Préchacq-les-Bains (500 souls) located in Chalosse. Corn produced in organic farming on the farm thus serves to feed ducks that are high, stuffed and then processed locally. They also cultivate organic vegetables. Among their products: Foie gras, rillettes, breasts, candied… what to eat!
