Traditional restaurant inn offering chalossaise and landaise cuisine in Pouillon.

In this traditional inn steeped in history, chef Aurélien Bellocq sublimates local produce. His stints with Michelin-starred chefs Jean Coussau in Magescq and Gérard Passedat in Marseille are no doubt no strangers to his commitment to restoring Chalossaise and Landaise cuisine to its closest expression of tradition. The "Tiap a nouste" menu is proof of this. And à la carte too! Apart from family meals and events, stop by during the week under the arbour with its flower-covered tables. Reservations recommended.

Merveilleux petit restaurant ... serveuse adorable, menu du déjeuner fantastique à 15 euros, je garde un souvenir ému de la mousse au chocolat alors que je n aime pas ca... réservation obligatoire , préférez la salle principale la salle du fond est moins sympa . La table pour deux était vraiment en face du mur ce qui est un peu glauque mais la qualité du service et les plats nous l ont vite fait oublier
