This address is one of our favorites. Committed to Armagnac traditions for 8 generations, the Laudet-Bastié family distills and ages the precious Château Laballe Bas-Armagnac eau-de-vie every year. To discover: a dry white, made from a blend of colombard (60%) sauvignon (25%) and gros manseng (15%), a mineral wine with aromas of exotic fruits that goes perfectly with white meat or fish. Tasting and sales at the château, but also at the Capbreton boutique (4, rue des Resiniers).
