Created in 2006 in Mont-de-Marsan, this centre is located on the third floor of the Office de Tourisme du Marsan. Designed by teachers, the concept focuses on telling the story of Occupation and Resistance in the Landes during World War II in a very attractive way. Through clear tables, we learn the various actions taken during the period in which the department was split in two. Objects illustrate these particular moments of the Landais life: badges, medals, rifles, deportees'clothes, photos, books, archives, etc.
