Already at the helm of Marcel's Bistrot and the O'Green Oak pub in Mont-de-Marsan, Mohammed Chohra has opened Trattoria Peppe in 2019. The two-storey establishment, adorned with stonework and exposed beams, exudes warm comfort and elegance. A trendy setting in which to savor the cuisine of Vanessa Cruz, trained by Milanese chef Gualtiero Ferrari. Her antipasti, piatti, pizze and dolci change with the seasons. All products are imported from Italy, including the flour for the pizzas. The trattoria (tratto for its friends) has its own terrace.

Concernant les pizzas, elles sont très bonne mais le pourtour est un peu large laissant peu de place aux ingrédients.
Quant au tiramisou, à éviter. Il nécessite une rapide évolution de sa recette pour être vraiment bon, dommage.
