Ti'Bou is the atypical story of Nathalie Tyack, a skier from the Pyrenees, and Sophie Troc, a Malagasy by birth who came to the mountain scene late in life. After making their mark by launching a quality fast-food restaurant featuring local produce in Soustons, they moved their Ti'bou to this large, traditional 19th-century Landes house in Moliets, to offer a more sophisticated cuisine where Landes specialities rub shoulders with dishes from the other side of the world.
