À mon grand regret, ce n’est pas le cas. La cuisine est moyenne, il n’y avait vraiment rien de transcendant, surtout pour justifier un tel prix.
Le tartare de saumon n’était pas mal, le mi-cuit de thon était sans intérêt, avec un sésame sans goût.
Nous avons pris ensuite les moules frites et le filet de daurade. Les moules n’était pas chaudes et avaient une amertume désagréable pour une bonne part d’entre elles. Le filet de daurade était fade, la sauce, qui pourtant devrait relever la saveur du poisson, l’était aussi.
Nous n’avons pas pris de dessert, ce fut une triste expérience culinaire.
Le service fut cependant assez attentionné.
Pour avoir laissé plus de 60€, cela nous laisse un goût amer…
