Crudo, which is also a bar with Latin cocktail suggestions, features Mexican specialties, especially ceviches made with fish, raw shrimp, octopus... We chose the beef ceviche (the menu also offers a vegan version) with a citrus marinade and avocado (the fat adds sweetness and roundness in the mouth, a delight). We also fell for the breaded coconut and panko shrimps served with a spicy mayonnaise. Everything is fresh and the service is perfect. When the weather's nice, we like to sit out on the terrace.
