Abbey with chapel and store of monastic products, welcomes retreatants, pilgrims and students in revision.
A congregation of Olivetan Benedictine monks settled in Maylis Abbey in 1946. The chapel, a former sanctuary, was renovated by the monks in 1980. Retreats are organised and rooms or dormitories are available for retreatants and pilgrims. High school and university students are also welcome, provided they attend at least two services a day. A shop allows you to discover the products made by the monks.

Je ne peux que vous encourager à aller faire un tour dans la boutique qui vend de nombreux articles fabriqués par cette abbaye et d'autres. Des produits originaux, naturels et utiles ... avec les explications d'un moine !

Abbaye de moines bénédictins olivétains (tout en blanc, quand ils ne sont pas en bleus de travail). Havre de paix, accueillante, avec une boutique bien achalandée, surtout en livres, BD, mangas religieux... et des petits bancs de prière confectionnés par un ESAT partenaire non loin. L'église est sobre avec un mobilier bois moderne, beau, mais je préfère la vieille chapelle, actuellement décorée de toiles pour une exposition.
