Perlé is a sparkling wine made from mirabelle plum, redcurrant, raspberry or Morello cherry. It is served chilled in flutes as an aperitif or with dessert. Its colours are delicious and its fine sparkling bubbles are very refreshing. It is made from the natural juice of the region's fruits and obtained by natural fermentation. The Void-Vacon factory invites you to discover the stages of conception of this unique beverage, from the fruit to the labelling of the bottles. Tasting and shop at the end of the tour.

Un vaste choix de spécialités locales (ne pas s'attendre à de vastes rayons de supermarché mais plutôt à un étal très varié).
Je vous recommande le Perlé groseilles (ou autres saveurs) et l'esprit de rhubarbe!!
Confiseries, gâteaux, terrines, bières, liqueurs, ... , tout cela en local !!!
On a envie de tout acheter.
L'accueil est très cordial.
Il y a aussi un restaurant très tentant que je n'ai jamais essayé. Je crois qu'il vaut mieux réserver pour le restau.
