Perlé is a sparkling wine made from mirabelle plum, redcurrant, raspberry or Morello cherry. It is served chilled in flutes as an aperitif or with dessert. Its colours are delicious and its fine sparkling bubbles are very refreshing. It is made from the natural juice of the region's fruits and obtained by natural fermentation.
