Authentic, hearty dishes - very hearty! One example is the must-try coquillettes. Here, Grandma concocts her dishes in sauce à la cocotte, some of which you can share: juicy cheeks with beer, ossobuco, marrow bone. When it comes to desserts, nothing beats a nice scoop of ice cream and cream served in a jam jar, or a mysterious Paris-Verdun. The atmosphere is one of good old-fashioned cosiness, both in the decor, with checked tablecloths and rustic wooden furniture, and on the plate, with succulent local flavours!

Suite à l'avis de votre guide, j'ai organisé un repas de famille. Menu très alléchant à 23 euros 50 cependant attention au supplément ( 6 euros pour le foie gras, 3 euros pour les ris de veau) sans oublier le supplément dessert à 5 euros.Pour ma part j'ai choisi un plat à base d'escargots et grenouilles ( très insipide). L'accueil est très froid, seul point positif cadre agréable.

resto de grande qualité,personnel super sympa! cadre cool,foie gras au top!!!! boeuf tendre,savoureux!!!prix hors normes,pas cher et qualité supérieure des produits!! que dire de plus? nous étions 12 à table ce samedi 4 décembre et cet avis fut partagé par tous!!l'équipe en salle est parfaite,le chef est...un chef! un vrai!!vraiment venez découvrir ce monument du faubourg verdunois!dans une vie antérieure;),je fut restaurateur à nancy et j'aurais aimé avoir un tel passionné dans mes cuisines..
The restaurant is nice, a little cold welcome at first sight but if the waiter is teased, you can manage to start the discussion. The meal, frogs are very good, as pork tenderloin. The burger of the old is a little disappointing: dry and flavoured with the ketchup, the basic idea was good:!
