Restaurant offering rather classic but comforting dishes
If ever there was a meat specialist, this is it. The chef, a collector of meaty delights, offers an easy menu based around beef and pork. Classic, comforting dishes: andouillette, tartare, burger, ribs... Its signature: dry-aged beef for a minimum of 6 weeks. The establishment works with the famous butcher Polmard. At L'Étal, everything is homemade, using local ingredients. L'Étal is all about good food and good company! The grill restaurant's motto: "fresh, local and tasty"!

I really enjoyed my meal today . The beef was so well cooked and tender . The price was good value . Just a waiter and one chef . They work very hard and run a great restaurant
