The open-air market of Saint-Mihiel takes place every Saturday morning on the square of Saulcy and features misty specialities, pies and pâtés, roasted chickens, flowers and wicker baskets, organic products, clothing, various fabrics and furniture. In a building dating back to 1902, in the remarkable architecture of the Belle Epoque, the butcher's stands, fish shops and fresh fruit and vegetables are located.
