The Guillaume family produces asparagus, raspberries, but above all it has used to revive the interest in strawberries in the Ornain valley. From their different varieties, they have had the audacity and the passion to use them to create tasty alcoholic elixirs. The dew of the Fraiseraie is a chic and elegant pétillant as well as its name. The moelleux of strawberries in oak barrels is sensual and perfumed. The soft of raspberry, for its part, will reveal all its flavours if it accompanies a dessert, and more if it turns out to be chocolates! The shop also offers other equally attractive products: syrups and nectars, fruit vinegar, mango or ripe vinegar, honey, jams and terrine of local producers in the grey De or mirabell, white asparagus and their homemade caviar or the beers of Meuse loads on the farm.
