Pauline, the creator of this small farm, will enchant you with her naturally scented herbal teas. Everything here is done manually, sometimes the old papi tractor gives a hand, but the picking is done by hand, with forks, pruning shears and wicker baskets. No plants have been purchased, everything is from self-production with seeds or cuttings. In the 400 m² garden (which should soon increase to 800 m² and eventually to 2,500 m²), thyme, sage, mint, blueberries, mallow, a small piece of vegetable garden and some hives. All around, the river and many other plants that allow creations. You will have understood that everything is natural. The plants are found in the drying room and are stored in kraft bags. Then come the blends to make herbal teas and the 100% natural and 100% local cosmetics range. And for those who love flower-based oils and vinegars, pesto... The products are on sale at the Grange Paysanne in Villotte-sur-Aire and in the producers' shops of Bar-le-Duc and Saint-Dizier. Pauline is also present in various markets throughout the year.
