It's snack time! Just the thing, because Clotilde's syrups are a real treat. Sugar, water and lots of imagination: that's the secret of her syrups, with their unusual flavors and shimmering colors: cotton candy, geranium, poppy, madeleine, melon, pistachio, mirabelle plum... In addition to syrups, delicious fruit juices: over 20 varieties and blends! Snacks available on site (reservation required). And if you're a walker-gatherer, you can even come and press your own fruit on request - so you might as well get a move on!
