The distinctive feature of Hop Farmer beers lies in the origin of the raw materials used. Both growers and brewers, the founders chose to grow and select their barley on their own farm in the Meuse region of France, while the hops are grown in Moselle by a partner farmer. These beers were born out of a desire to promote this terroir, as well as responsible agriculture. The range is regularly expanded with seasonal beers, and the brewery also offers a homemade lemonade.
