NOTRE-DAME DES CYCLISTES

A national shrine unique in France, the Notre-Dame des Cyclistes chapel was inaugurated on May 18, 1959. It's a must-see in Les Landes for all cycling enthusiasts, as well as for those looking for the unusual. Inside, the walls are almost entirely covered with over 700 jerseys (Coppi, Anquetil, Merckx, Virenque...). The association "Les amis de Notre-Dame des Cyclistes" is responsible for opening, maintaining and preserving the site on a voluntary basis. Events are also organized there every year.
