Enriched by donations, this historical museum presents a collection of objects, equipment and memorabilia relating to the Battle of Verdun.
The newly scenicized site interprets the battle through an immersive tour of 2,000 objects. Thanks to realistic staging and cutting-edge technology, you'll discover the soldiers' daily lives, the violence of the fighting and the importance of the Sacred Way. An immersive virtual reality experience awaits you on the museum roof. The Memorial also offers a wide range of cultural activities throughout the year, including contemporary art exhibitions, concerts and events.

Opening time and information on VERDUN MEMORIAL
Open all year long (except January-February and December 25) from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Free for children under 8 years old. Adult : 12 € (5 € for the visit of the temporary exhibition). Children (8 to 18 years old) : 7,50 € (2 € for the visit of the temporary exhibition). Group (20 people): 8,50 € (reservation required). Store.

Vraiment très détaillé et très bien mis en scène avec des pièces assez exceptionnelles. Seul petit bémol : le temps de visite est estimé à 1H30. J'y ai passé 4 heures, et je n'ai pas tout vu, ni tout lu. Je vais devoir y retourner ????
