In the heart of the Bas-Armagnac region, this earth-floored winery has been the Domaine's cellar since its origins in the ^19th century. During your visit, you'll learn all about the vineyard and the distillation process. The large room housing the various bottles of armagnac and armagnac-based aperitifs adjoins the cellar, where barrels containing old vintages are stored. Domaine de Lassaubatju Bas-Armagnac is both powerful and light, fragrant and fruity. To be enjoyed in moderation, of course. Three guest rooms are available.

Jean-Luc and Guy Deyres are at the head of this family estate founded in the 1950s and have been producing vintage armagnac since 1973 and white brandy from the folle blanche grape. For the armagnacs, there are 4 different grape varieties on 5 hectares of vines: ugni blanc, folle blanche, colombard and baco. The estate distills with a Sier still dating from 1901, in continuous with single heating. The vintage armagnacs are bottled as and when they are sold. Visits are possible to the estate, the wine-making cellar and the ageing cellar.
