Pas très sympa
Les portions dans l'assiette sont petites, très petites
Très très moyen
Cuissons parfois insuffisantes pour certaines viandes.
Beaucoup de travail de présentations pour un résumé final sans grande valeur gustative.
Par contre, propositions de vins accompagnant les plats de très bonne qualité.
Restaurant dans son jus, décorations sans grande surprise ... dommage
