This church is home to a Gothic statue of the Virgin Mary carrying the Infant Jesus
The Church of the Nativity of the Virgin in Combles-en-Barrois was built in the 15th and 16th centuries. The original low, rib-vaulted nave is accompanied by a Renaissance transept. Inside, a 15th-century Gothic statue depicts the Virgin Mary carrying a child. In 2012, gargoyles created by various local artists were added to the church, as well as to the old houses nearby, to be discovered while strolling through the village.
