Castle with park, combining Renaissance and Louis XIV styles and techniques inspired by Eiffel, the HQ of Marshal Pétain in 14-18

Probably one of the city's most beautiful buildings. The Jean Jeukens media library is housed in the Château de Marbeaumont, a luxurious Belle Époque building. Designed by Barisian architect J. Renard, the building blends Renaissance and Louis XIV styles with techniques borrowed from G. Eiffel. Eiffel, the media library is as sumptuous on the outside as it is on the inside. It offers an exceptional setting for reading and discovery, in a green setting.

Joli château avec un parc où j'ai découvert une fresque. J' y suis allée le 28 juin donc le Parc était " encombré" et il était dommage qu' une voiture soit garée au niveau de l' entrée
