This is the case here, where chef Jean-Christophe Cordel, formerly of Ducasse and Savoy, presents refined, distinguished and gourmet dishes. His cuisine is creative and innovative. Noted and distinguished by leading national gastronomic guides, he received the 2009 Young Talent Award for the Lorraine region from the Gault & Millau guide. It's almost an artistic experience to book a table here and discover these unique dishes.

Bistronomique incroyable. Les plats sont savoureux et artistiques. Plats d’une grande finesse.
Nous avons l’habitude de fréquenter ce genre d’établissement et c’est pour ma part le meilleur que j’ai fait !
L’accueil y est chaleureux, l’ambiance est agréable.. je suis agréablement surprise.
Le décoration est également bien choisie.
J’adore, je recommande à 100%. Je ne peux qu’adresser mes félicitations au chef et à son personnel.

Une très belle découverte ! Nous étions 4 et avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié la qualité du service. Et alors ... la cuisine : le repas de Pâques nous a régalé, tant part sa qualité que par des petites touches personnelles du cuisinier. Une mention au plat principal : le veau confit avec une purée à l'ail noir. Nous reviendrons, même si c'est un peu loin ...
