The halls are among the few monuments of Vézelise to have been well preserved and still useful today

Built as early as 1247, the Halles are one of the few monuments in Vézelise to have been well preserved and still in use today. Listed as a Monument Historique, they strike visitors with their imposing size and aesthetic sophistication. Although their medieval architecture was completely rebuilt in 1599, the Halles are still a remarkable sight to behold. And they're still a lively place, thanks to the local farmers' market held every second Saturday of the month.

à ne pas manquer

Cette petite cité assoupie ne manque pas de charme et la monumentalité exceptionnelle de ces halles y est pour beaucoup. C'est imposant et très animé les jours de marché. On se demande comment les piliers en bois vermoulu peuvent encore supporter une telle masse architecturale.
