Restaurant inn with a family atmosphere offering traditional cuisine in Gamarde-les-Bains.

The hostel has been run by the same family for five generations. It will therefore come as no surprise that there is a family atmosphere in the establishment. The cuisine is traditional and does not forget the regional specialities: fresh foie gras with grapes, duck breast cooked over a wood fire, Chalosse beef, lamprey à la bordelaise, and the unmissable tourtière. The welcome is simple and pleasant, just like in this small village of barely 1300 inhabitants.

Open Monday to Thursday from 8am to 3.30pm and 7pm to 8.30pm; Sunday from 8am to 3.30pm. Menus at : 12,50€, 23€ and 32€. Children's menu: 7 €. Rooms: 58 €. Breakfast : 7 € per person. Terrace. Takeaway sale. Free Wifi, air-conditioned restaurant.

Une institution de la Chalosse ! Vous ne pouvez pas être déçu. On s’y régale ! Le potage, un incontournable. Le magret était exquis, cuit au charbon à la perfection accompagné de pomme, potimarron rôti et des frites maison des plus onctueuses.

L'ambiance est chaleureuse, la cuisine est très généreuse, la qualité est top, centrée sur des produits locaux, le service est très agréable, et le prix tout simplement imbattable.
