Tout est exceptionnel et extraordinaire chez Michel Guérard. décoration, arts de la table, service, offres gustatives et, évidemment au dessus de tout, la cuisine. Souvenir fabuleux d'un homard fumé, d'un oeuf poule au caviar ou d'un oreiller de champignons nobles.
Les 3 étoiles depuis 40 ans sont amplement justifiées. Le chef est présent.
