It all began on rue Émile Coué in 2019, when Thomas Canonne was brewing his own beer at home. Originally from the north of France, he's seen the bigger picture: Nancy's first brewery of craft beers, both recurrent (like Élégante or Subtile) and ephemeral (seasonal, like Hivernale). The flavors are varied and the blends rich and smooth. Delicacy is a whole philosophy, which is why we also offer tailor-made beers and workshops, so you can take the time to appreciate this craft, available to take away throughout France and on Ankorstore.
