Just a stone's throw from Place Stanislas, this is Nancy's only Michelin-starred restaurant. On the plates, every ingredient is sublimated. "Our philosophy: choose the right products at the right time and limit waste", says chef Charles Coulombeau. A cuisine influenced by his travels. "These trips have refined my search for umami, acidulous notes and lactic acid.
