Brasserie Wallace is located in Nancy's historic center, just behind the Saint-Epvre basilica and at the foot of the Wallace fountain, from which the restaurant takes its name. You'll dine in a hushed decor, with green velvet seats echoing the pretty plant life, and gray stone and black walls. Very chic. A warm, winter-garden ambience that can be found in the inner courtyard in fine weather. As for the food, we love the mix of French and world cuisine. A wonderful discovery!

Brasserie Wallace welcomes you to Nancy, within the walls of a former convent, backing onto the imposing Basilique Saint-Epvre. This gourmet establishment has reinvented the brasserie concept, capitalizing on its unique location in the heart of the historic center and its festive atmosphere. It's a warm and cosy place, with a mix of style and a winter garden decor. Whether indoors or on its intimate courtyard terrace, Wallace invites you to all the tables in the world. Enjoy an alliance of French regional cuisines influenced by the best gastronomies from elsewhere. You'll have access to a menu that changes with the seasons, as well as tapas to enjoy with a cocktail, borrowing flavors from the four corners of the globe to delight your palate. Starters include vitello tonnato with smoked mayonnaise, capers and crispy croutons, or snails in black garlic butter with potato siphon and black bread powder. For main courses, let yourself be charmed by miso broth with vegetable noodles and enoki. For dessert, enjoy the chocolate ganache with cocoa crunch, passion fruit gel and mango sorbet. You can also treat yourself to an assortment of contemporary cheeses. In the bar area, you'll be delighted by our signature cocktails, spirits and wine selection. A choice address for all tastes!

Nous avons goûter leurs burger. C'était excellent ! La viande parfaitement cuite , et les frites maisons délicieuses.
Le service et parfait, nous avons passé un très bon moment

Les plats sont à mon goût peu travaillés et les tarifs plutôt excessifs par rapport à la qualité et la quantité
Viande servie avec un petit ramequin de purée, poisson servi avec de la salade seulement …
J’ai demandé des frites en supplément mais j’y ai renoncé quand on m’a annoncé 5-10 min de délai supplémentaire après avoir déjà attendu quasiment 1h le plat
