Located in the heart of the central market, this restaurant offers tasty dishes, perfectly spiced and prepared with the love of good products by Pierre-Émile Bish. Tajines, couscous and oriental specialities are on the menu, accompanied of course by delicious desserts and the essential mint tea. The space is small and has few cutlery, so it is advisable to book in advance to enjoy it. The menu often changes, since the vegetables used are the ones that inspire the chef when he arrives at the market, so everything is guaranteed homemade and seasonal.
